* A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to officially register for camp. The deposit can be paid online using this form (see below) or in person with cash or a check. This form AND the deposit must be submitted by April 29 to lock in the early bird cost.

* The total cost of camp is $180 (or $250 if you are submitting this after April 29). After submitting your deposit, your remaining balance is due no later than Sunday, May 24. If you need financial assistance, you must discuss this with Pastor Drew as soon as possible BEFORE submitting this form.

* In order to participate in summer camp, additional paperwork that requires physical signatures and notarization must be submitted to Pastor Drew no later than Sunday, May 24. This paperwork is available at the church during our regular Sunday and Wednesday gatherings. If you need assistance with notarization, you must talk to Pastor Drew as soon as possible BEFORE May 24.

Where can you worship with hundreds of students like you, be challenged by some amazing preachers, float the creek, zip through the air, relax at the pool, participate in crazy games, and compete in fun tournaments? It’s all at Camp Garner Creek! Get ready for a powerful week of life-changing experiences with God and friends that will last a lifetime.

HIGH SCHOOL CAMP (for those who are finishing 9th-12th grade) is happening June 1-5. MIDDLE SCHOOL CAMP (for those who are finishing 6th-8th grade) is happening June 8-12.

The total cost of camp is $180 if you complete this online form and submit a $50 non-refundable deposit by Wednesday, April 29. The cost increases to $250 after this date. The final deadline to complete this form and submit a deposit is Wednesday, May 13. Your remaining camp balance along with additional paperwork that requires signatures and notarization are due no later than Sunday, May 24.

Payments can be made online (credit or debit card) or in person (cash or check). Scholarships may be available - talk to Pastor Drew if you need financial assistance BEFORE you submit this registration form.
